Pastry week
A unique week devoted entirely to the art of pastry-making. It will bring together the greatest talents in French-speaking Switzerland to take up a creative challenge.
Pastry Week is a unique event, conceived and organised by the PR & co communications agency, to be held from 22 to 30 March 2025. For the occasion, renowned pastry chefs from French-speaking Switzerland and neighbouring France will be unveiling new creations in their establishments, specially made for the event.
For this first edition, under the theme ‘Sweet Memories’, Pastry Week is inviting participating chefs to reinterpret a pastry inspired by their childhood memories. Each creation will reflect the precious moments that marked their history, transforming these memories into genuine pastry creations.
The aim of this gastronomic and gourmet event is to celebrate the creativity of pastry chefs by putting them in the spotlight, while at the same time showcasing their exceptional skills.
