PIPES AND DRUMS OF GENEVA
Sound the bagpipes, beat the drums: Scotland is marching into our streets with a fanfare. Come celebrate a musical heritage that has long crossed borders!
The Pipes and Drums of Geneva is a Scottish bagpipes and drums ensemble that has been in existence since 1976. With members of various nationalities, its thirty musicians regularly gather to learn and practice a diverse repertoire: marches, slow airs, and jigs, both well-known pieces and those composed specifically for their pipe band. At their invitation, don't hesitate to join them and help build bridges between cultures, spreading a bit of Celtic fervor from one shore of the small lake to the other.
