Inspired by Stan Getz, Joe Henderson and Sonny Rollins, as well as rap, Louis Billette brings us generous, joyful and uplifting jazz, driven by a strong sense of flow. Based in Geneva, the tenor saxophonist and composer presents his fifth album, LUX II, where groove takes centre stage and the arrangements are guaranteed to get your feet moving. A dream sextet. Second set at 9:30 PM
Mohs feat. Fanny Martin
Zacharie Ksyk (trumpet)

Fanny Martin (flute)
Since 2019, Mohs has been making its mark on European jazz stages, releasing three remarkable albums. Blending acoustic instruments with electronic effects, the quartet invites audiences to join its exploration of captivating sonic landscapes.
Following performances at JazzContreBand and Diagonales, as well as the Cully Jazz Festival, the AMR and Duc des Lombards, Mohs has opened for artists including Avishai Cohen, Alfa Mist, Christian Scott and Kenny Garrett.
Powerful and luminous, the band will be joined for a few pieces by Fanny Martin, bandleader of Jet Whistle and winner of the JazzContreBand 2024 emerging talent competition. Modern / Groove
Third set at 11:00 PM
Arthur Hnatek (drums)
Sophie Le Meillour (VJ)
Geneva-born drummer, composer and electronic artist Arthur Hnatek received the Swiss Music Prize in 2022. His artistic approach moves between electronic music and contemporary drumming. He explores the tensions between improvisation and club music, between rhythmic precision and physical energy.
For this closing performance, Hnatek will present an audiovisual show developed in collaboration with visual artist Sophie Le Meillour. A remarkable dialogue between sound and image. Modern / Club
