In parallel with the "Summer at the Cinémas du Grütli" cycle and after the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, we're heading for the 40s and 50s! We're going back even further in time... Welcome to the golden age of classic cinema! 80 gems from the past restored to shine again on the big screen. These include CITIZEN KANE (1941), Orson Welles's groundbreaking masterpiece, Charlie Chaplin's THE DICTATOR (1940), David Hand's BAMBI (1942) - still a cinematic rite of passage for entire generations - and Stanley Donen & Gene Kelly's SINGING UNDER THE RAIN (1952) - a veritable ode to the musical, celebrating the transition to talkies with a bang - and many more!
