A gourmet and vegetarian culinary event, held in the most prominent restaurants and dedicated to highlighting the gastronomic creations of Switzerland's finest chefs.
Veggie Week, the gastronomic event dedicated to vegetarian cuisine, is back with a new edition focusing on prestige dining! From June 1 to 16, Romandie's most prominent chefs will be showcasing their talents to allow epicureans to rediscover vegetarian flavors through their original creations. As ambassadors for more responsible gastronomy, the establishments will be redoubling their research and inventiveness to put vegetables at the center of the plate. Bon appétit!
