An invitation to explore the visible and subtle actions that day by day shape a liveable world, where caring for one another leads to fairer, more sensitive and more inclusive ways of living together

The exhibition invites visitors to explore these visible or subtle, individual or collective actions which, day by day, shape a liveable world, where caring becomes a way of being in the world and with others, and which paves the way for fairer, more sensitive and more inclusive ways of living together.
An immersion into an ordinary — yet extraordinary — day, seen through the eyes of fictional characters who nevertheless resemble us, made up of connections and gestures that help to make the world a little better. Taken together, these stories — a gentle blend of fiction and reality — reveal that connections are what make us who we are, and that they provide a space for encounter and transformation.
The exhibition “Hello, how are you? Short stories to bring people together” is on display at the Bibliothèque de la Cité from 3 October 2026 to 26 May 2027.
