A Visit to the Garden

Tour of the MEG Garden with a horticulturist. Thursday, June 4, at 12:30 p.m. In French only.

Fleurs blanche du jardin du MEG au premier plan. On voit le bâtiment du MEG au deuxième plan. Vue printanière du Jardin.

With the trees’ leaves turning shades of red and yellow, autumn marks the cyclical return of the seasons. This tour offers a special opportunity to meet a horticulturist from the City of Geneva who cares for, cultivates, and maintains the MEG Garden throughout the year. Through his perspective and daily work, you’ll discover the choices, expertise, and specific challenges that shape this Garden.
In conjunction with the exhibition “What Is the Future?”, this tour invites you to take a fresh look at this space in the fall and to reflect more broadly on the role of plants, trees, and flowers in the urban landscape, both today and in the future.
In collaboration with the SEVE (Department of Green Spaces) of the City of Geneva.
