As part of the exhibition Lake Geneva: A Living Being, Hydromondes invites you to a guided tour of the exhibition, followed by a creative workshop entitled Self and the Lake Geneva.
Drawing inspiration from the exhibition—and especially the illustrations of the Seven Faces of Lake Geneva—you are invited to create a self-portrait that brings together your own identity and the lake. Lake Geneva is woven into our lives and our memories, and its water is quite literally part of our bodies.
This workshop offers an opportunity to reflect on your personal connection with the lake, recognizing its importance not only as a place for recreation, but also as a source of drinking water, a vital daily resource, and a defining feature of the landscape. Using collage, you will create a portrait that expresses your unique and intimate relationship with Lake Geneva.
