YOGA AND FREE DANCE

Re.connexion offers three sessions of yoga and free dance to the rhythm of live music. Suspended above the water, the flow will be guided by the sounds of DJ Shado, allowing for self-expression and the freedom of movement. The physical practice will focus on fluidity of movement, combining vinyasa and ecstatic dance. Inspired by house music culture, the musical horizons will be broadened, exploring sounds from afro-house, melodic tech, and ethnic music to hip hop.
