Nestled in the heart of the Botanical Garden of Geneva, the Amarante restaurant is inspired by the plants that surround it to create its menu.

We offer gourmet cuisine that is accessible to all mouths, young and old. We offer a permanent menu as well as daily specials that change with the seasons and the arrival of products from our local producers. We also serve light meals and drinks all day during CJB opening hours as well as brunches on weekends.
