The Cord That Connects Us!

Corde Coffee was founded in 2020 by Carlina Rinaldi, a Cuban-American-Swiss woman passionate about human connection, sustainability, and coffee. In 2023, we opened our second café, complete with our roasting and baking workshop.

Carlina and her team have developed a concept centered on fair trade coffee, community, and waste reduction, showcasing high-quality coffee and seasonal cuisine in welcoming spaces that encourage interaction and conversation. We use coffee and food as tools to help customers discover the impact of sustainable agriculture and production on flavor.

We believe that when passionate people work hard to produce exceptional products, it becomes an opportunity for exchange and sharing. We also host community events, from leadership discussions to comedy nights, and we created the Corde Coffee School to teach coffee lovers how to taste and prepare coffee.

We believe coffee has the power to strengthen our communities and their connection to our environment.
