A tasty cuisine in an idyllic setting.

The Café de Certoux is a place of conviviality and sharing. Far from the high-sounding names, often conceptual to respond to the fashion of the moment, it offers itself without unnecessary embellishment.

The building itself does not play a different score. Located at the gates of Geneva, in a village benefiting from a motorway exit ensuring excellent accessibility, it does not differ much from the surrounding houses. Only its size, a little more imposing, betrays its past as an agricultural farm.

The Restaurant has existed since 1983 in its current form with, in the kitchen, 7 people including 2 apprentices and 4 people in the dining room. Maximum of 60 covers per service.

In fine weather, a terrace shaded by century-old lime trees allows you to fully enjoy the bucolic environment. A hedge separates it from the carefully maintained vegetable garden and a magnificent farmyard, a real hobby of the owner. Birds as rare as they are sumptuous frolic there in complete peace, none of them ending up in the pan.

The Gault & Millau guide gave Café de Certoux a score of 14.
