At Procope, we carefully select cocoa beans from renowned origins around the world to reveal the full aromatic richness of chocolate.

 

Through our bean-to-bar workshops, we offer an immersive journey into the world of artisanal chocolate: discovering cocoa beans, learning about their origins and production methods, tasting chocolate, and creating your own chocolate piece.

 

Led by our chocolatiers, the workshops take place in small groups to provide a friendly, accessible, and authentic experience.

 

Each workshop is designed as a moment of discovery and creativity centered around a product crafted using traditional artisanal methods in Geneva.

Discovery Workshop

 

30 minutes · CHF 39.– per person

 

A fun introduction to artisanal chocolate-making. Create your own chocolate piece while learning about the craftsmanship and production process behind fine chocolate.

 

Tasting & Creation Workshop

 

60 minutes · CHF 60.– per person

 

Explore the world of cocoa through a guided tasting, discover renowned cocoa origins and the bean-to-bar process, then craft your own chocolate creation.

Opening hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every day except Sunday and Monday)

Price & conditions

Workshop duration: approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

For children aged 5 and over accompanied by an adult.

For children aged 8 and over able to participate independently.

Also open to adults.

 

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the workshop.
