Vivarium de Meyrin

Three young people with a passion for snakes created the Elapsoïdea Association (named after a snake from Africa) in 1979. Its objectives: education, the preservation of species and collaboration with scientists.

In 1982, it acquired the status of a cultural foundation and continued its activities in Switzerland and France.
