Accompanied by Simone Aubert’s live music, acrobats for whom aerial acrobatics come as second nature defy the laws of gravity to create a celestial choreography.

What happens when everything begins to teeter? At the heart of Crescendo, Julian Vogel’s monumental installation, Amanda Homa and the Sus·Pensives create a space where the laws of gravity seem, for a moment, suspended. Between earth and sky, bodies rise, balance, falter and fall, only to discover new trajectories.
Circus artist and performer Amanda Homa is drawn to thresholds, transformations and the uncertain territories that emerge when familiar points of reference disappear. Alongside her, the Sus·Pensives bring their distinctive aerial practice, built on trust, attentiveness and remarkable collective precision. Together, they transform Crescendo into a living landscape where ropes, structures, tensions and movement form a constantly shifting score.
In dialogue with Vogel’s work, the performance becomes an exploration of instability: a moment in which balance is never guaranteed, every gesture depends on others, and fragility reveals itself as a source of strength. A dizzying and poetic journey, best experienced with your eyes lifted towards both what connects us and what remains beyond our grasp.
