Cuban-Chilean cellist, singer, and composer Ana Carla Maza is a volcanic artist who unfolds on stage a rich palette of emotions and colors of rare intensity. Moving between jazz, classical music, tango, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms, she creates a deeply free, vibrant, and luminous musical universe.

As part of her ALAMAR Tour 2026, she presents a trio performance combining cello, vocals, keyboards, and percussion, in a joyful and borderless celebration of femininity, movement, and cultural heritage.

Having already performed more than 400 concerts in over 25 countries, Ana Carla Maza embodies a generation of artists for whom music becomes a language of movement, transmission, and encounter between cultures.

This concert is presented as part of the Heritage & Exile series by the Initiative for Artistic Freedom (ILA), a Geneva-based organization supporting artists facing censorship or persecution through legal assistance, relocation support, advocacy, and cultural programming.
