ANA TIJOUX – "VIDA" TOUR + LUCKY SALVADORI
Ana Tijoux returns to Geneva with her new album “Vida”, a blend of pop, traditional music and hip-hop !
Ana Tijoux has decided to call her fifth studio album ‘Vida’, which means ‘life’ in Spanish. The Franco-Chilean rapper and activist explains that the idea came to her from a clown friend who does his best to make people laugh in refugee camps: ‘He said that the best revenge against death is life itself’.
An emblematic figure in Latin rap, Ana Tijoux made a name for herself with her group Makiza before embarking on a solo career. Born in France, after her parents were forced into exile under the Chilean dictatorship, the activist and committed performer displays an unbridled energy on stage.
Inspired by the hip-hop sounds of the 90s, jazz and funk, she colours her rap with Latin rhythms and Chilean folk sounds. Sung in Spanish, her lyrics deal with social inequalities, everyday life and politics, not without a touch of humour. A dancing call to resistance.
On tracks that mix pop, traditional music and hip-hop, Ana Tijoux twirls her words in a flow that is instantly recognisable. The rapper is back with ‘Vida’, an album that is as contemporary in form as it is in content, and which she is defending on an international tour.

Lucky Salvadori, whose real name is Luciano Eduardo Falico, is an Argentinian musician, composer and producer. Born in Buenos Aires, he began playing music at the age of 9 and by the age of 11 was immersed in the popular cumbia circuit.
In 2018, he embarked on a trip to Colombia, where he played with artists such as Liliana Saumet of Bomba Estéreo and Manu Chao. For 6 years, he was Manu Chao's guitarist and took part in the recording of his album ‘Viva Tú’.
During his world tours, Lucky continued to explore new sounds, fusing organic and electronic elements. In 2023, with dub and reggae producer Chalart 58, he presented ‘Chicha Dub’, an album fusing Peruvian cumbia chicha with elements of dub, previewed live at the Rototom Festival.
Thanks to constant research and experimentation, his new project is born: ‘Funky Chingolero’. An EP fusing cumbia, reggaeton beats, electronica and all the influences Lucky has accumulated since he was 9 years old. The album is composed entirely by Lucky himself and co-produced with Manu Chao.
