Peter Ablinger
He dedicated his life to research into the very qualities of sound, its propagation and reception.
Having passed away in 2025, his work is celebrated by Archipel and the HEM. In keeping with his thinking, this event unfolds as a journey with the feel of an initiation rite: small ensembles or solos appear in different locations, unveiling short, conceptual and awakening pieces.

Evoking a world halfway between the plant and animal kingdoms, these ceramic sculptures can be filled with water or activated by small fans: the air flowing through them generates whistling sounds, which can be modified by potentiometers controlling the intensity of the airflow.
