End'Ose offers a space to share, support each other, and rediscover your inner resources through creativity.
The workshops take place in an atmosphere of respect, kindness, and confidentiality, where everyone can express themselves freely and at their own pace.
No artistic skills are necessary—just the desire to explore, express yourself, and breathe a little differently.
The workshops are led by Evelyne Brügger, a certified art therapist, with the participation of Joëlle Mauris, a professional cellist, whose music will support listening and expression (one musical session per cycle).
A workshop consists of three 1.5-hour sessions that form a whole. If a last-minute unforeseen event prevents you from attending a session, you are still welcome to participate in the other sessions.
