Reggae legend Don Carlos in concert at Le Rez-Usine

Don Carlos – Reggae / Jamaica
A reggae legend, Don Carlos was born in the Western Kingston area of Jamaica, known as the birthplace of some of reggae’s greatest talents: King Tubby (Black Uhuru), The Jays, Junior Reid, and King Jamy.
The artist began his career in 1973 with the group Black Uhuru. Very early on, he decided to embark on a prolific solo career and produced 12 albums alongside his guitarist Goldie, which earned him five top-10 chart placements. Even today, Don Carlos continues to deliver melodious, solid roots reggae!
GEO & the Upright Ones – Reggae / Jamaica
The son of the legendary Don Carlos, GEO (Good Everytime Overall) has carried on the family legacy in reggae music. With socially conscious lyrics that reflect his compassion for his community, the artist continues to reinvent himself. After releasing a few solo tracks, GEO is now focusing on his father’s new album, “New Horizon,” produced by his label (Reggae Gone Viral). Accompanied by the Upright Ones, the singer takes the stage to join his father for an exceptional show: a one-night-only performance in French-speaking Switzerland!
Humanity Sound – DJ set / Geneva
