Guided visit

Endangered plants in the canton of Geneva: discover their area in the rock garden

558 wild species are listed on the canton of Geneva Red List. We grow some of them at the Geneva Botanic Garden.

Glaïeul des marais, plante menacée en Suisse et dans la canton de Genève

The endangered plants area showcases and preserves rare and endangered local plants.

Join our gardener Léonie Henry, who grows them, and our scientist Daniel Comte, who catalogues them in the canton's natural environments, discover their unique characteristics, ecology, the state of their wild populations, and the actions undertaken to preserve them.

This visit is part of the Fete de la Nature programme (20–25 May 2026),
