Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève- GPHG
The GPHG is an annual competition that brings together the leading watchmakers. The 2025 edition will take place on 13 November in Geneva to celebrate excellence in the sector.
The 25th GPHG awards ceremony will be held at the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in Geneva, a new iconic venue that has played a role in the development of Geneva watchmaking. This flagship event in the watchmaking calendar will bring together leading representatives of the profession and honor the most beautiful timepieces of the year.
In the meantime, the members of the GPHG Academy will be tasked with proposing watch creations eligible for the competition, ahead of the official registration of brands this spring. They will then participate in each stage of the selection process that will determine the winners of this anniversary edition.
The Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) aims to highlight and celebrate the excellence of contemporary watchmaking every year, in order to contribute to the influence of watchmaking around the world.
Every year in November, the GPHG awards ceremony brings together the international watchmaking profession in Geneva to honour the best creations and the people who, day after day, breathe vitality and creativity into the world of watchmaking. Around twenty prizes, including the Grand Prix de l'Aiguille d'Or, are awarded on this occasion.
