Preview screening of the documentary, followed by a roundtable discussion on the interactions between environmental research and contemporary challenges in the Arctic, at Uni Dufour on March 31, 2026.

From 2020 to 2024, the Pacifique Foundation carried out a groundbreaking Swiss Arctic expedition in partnership with the University of Geneva. Aboard the sailing vessels Mauritius and Que Sera, the crews collected thousands of data to better understand the essential role of the North Pole in maintaining our planet’s balance. Yet this adventure goes far beyond research: the sailboats also became spaces of personal transformation, welcoming young people in reintegration programs and artists in residence, blending socio‑educational engagement with contemporary creation.
This scientific, human, and artistic exploration reveals the fragile beauty of the Arctic and the major challenges it faces. The preview screening of the documentary is followed by a roundtable discussion exploring the scientific, environmental, and geopolitical dimensions of this region on the front line of climate change.
