Ilyes Djadel

Ilyes Djadel, a new name on the French comedy scene, will be presenting his first show, "VRAI", to Geneva audiences at a performance at the Théâtre du Léman on Thursday 30 May 2024.

At just 24 years of age, Ilyes Djadel is France's new comedy revelation. After making a name for himself with videos posted on Snapchat, the young French comedian took his first steps as a stand-up comedian at the Jamel Comedy Club, where he quickly made a name for himself with the likes of Kev Adams and Jamel Debbouze. Today, Ilyes has racked up millions of views on social networks and performs on many stages in France and Switzerland. He tells us all about it in his very first one-man show, entitled "VRAI". From his childhood to his life as a student at a Catholic secondary school, via his upbringing in a family of Algerian origin, in "TRUE" Ilyes opens up about his life and the happy misunderstandings that led him to the Marrakech du Rire in 2022. After an initial series of sold-out performances at the Palais des Glaces in Paris in the spring of 2023, followed by several dates scheduled until the end of the year, the comedian will be coming to meet Geneva audiences on 30 May 2024 at the Théâtre du Léman.
