Film projection and discussion with belgian founders of the iconic TV show

Created in Belgium in 1985, the show Strip Tease established itself as one of the most distinctive documentary formats on French-speaking television.
Its principle: to follow ordinary people in their daily lives, without voice-over or commentary, letting reality speak for itself—with all that it can be: funny, cruel, moving, or absurd.
How are these characters found? How are they persuaded to open up? How much is scripted, and how much is improvised?
And how far can one go without slipping into voyeurism?
Clémentine Bisiaux and Régine Dubois, two journalists who contributed to the latest film Strip Tease intégral, will discuss their working methods and their perspective.
