On this tour-album, the Gabonese singer sings in her mother tongue, Bakaningui, and in the style of the ancestral rhythms of her country and West Africa - where she spent more than 10 years as a backing vocalist for Salif Keita, Rokia Traoré, and Oumou Sangaré.
Thus, BWITI, Pygmy, and Mandingue sounds mix with contemporary highlife and afrobeat, these Nigerian and Ghanaian styles that sweep across the entire African continent and worldwide.
Once again, the singer takes us on a deep and introspective musical journey, exploring personal dramas, triumphs, and daily challenges of women
