Guided visit

Medicinal plants from here and elsewhere

Discover medicinal plants on a guided tour led by our gardeners Léa Cosandey and Camille Fournier. Explore the virtues of plants known for their beneficial properties.

Le jardin d'hiver et ses plantes tropicales

Around the world, a multitude of plants are recognised for their medicinal properties, in other words, their beneficial effects on the body: digestive or diuretic properties, healing properties, soothing properties for the skin, or even beneficial effects on the nervous system.

During this guided tour, our gardeners Léa Cosandey and Camille Fournier will introduce you to several emblematic plants renowned for their benefits. But be careful: natural is not always mean harmless – it's better to know before using!

The tour begins in the ethnobotanical gardens and then continues in the winter garden, where you'll encounter medicinal plants from here and elsewhere.

In the greenhouse, you'll observe the exotic equivalents of our common plants, such as the dandelion or the nettle.
