Solo exhibition by Thénie Khatchatourian at Renaissance Galerie d’Art, Geneva. Works on paper exploring memory, symbolic forms, and cultural heritage. April 16 – May 16, 2026.

Renaissance Galerie d’Art is pleased to present Mémoire d’Homme, a solo exhibition by Thénie Khatchatourian.
Working primarily on paper, the artist develops a distinctive visual language of constructed, symbolic figures. Rendered in earthy pigments, her compositions bring together bodies, geometric forms, and vessel-like shapes that evoke both human presence and architectural structure.
Rather than depicting narratives directly, her work distills them into essential forms. Shapes repeat, transform, and assemble, creating a sense of continuity and transmission.
Rooted in her Armenian cultural heritage, her practice draws on visual traditions — ornaments, profiles, floral motifs, and ritual forms — connecting past and present through a shared visual language.
