Discover the unknown life of Mileva Einstein. Book now.

Let's be honest: who knows Mileva Marić? When asked this question, the most common answer is usually, ‘Albert Einstein's first wife, of course!’
But Mileva is much more than that. She was a remarkable scientist who contributed to various revolutionary works in physics. But few people know this.
Mileva: from the history of science to dystopia brings to life a figure who has been relegated to the margins of textbooks for too long. Through dense and sensitive writing, the show explores the trajectory of Mileva Marić, an exceptional scientist and a woman confronted with the limitations of her time — and perhaps ours.
After an enthusiastic reception in 2024, the show returns to the Théâtre Le Monique for two special performances on 3 and 4 April (in addition to a tour of Geneva schools in partnership with the DIP).
‘A fast-paced comedy that seeks to do justice to women scientists.’ – Tribune de Genève
