May 14, Mapping Festival, Le Groove, Geneva: What’s an Algorave? Algo + rave : an experience where live coding turns lines of code into electronic music in real time.

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Presentation of the WEAR IS MY LED Workshop (May 11–14, Le Groove – tickets at mappingfestival.com) by the MadMapper team: a fashion show revealing the work created over four days. (Free access)

9:30 PM – 11:00 PM: Abhinay Khoparzi (IN) – Creative artist and technologist, a key figure in the Indian experimental electronic scene. Khoparzi co-founded Algorave India in 2018, a collective dedicated to promoting programming as a form of performative art.

11:00 PM – 12:30 AM: Alexandra Cárdenas (CO) – Artist from Bogotá, based in Berlin, exploring the musicality of code through immersive and experimental live coding performances.

12:30 AM – 2:00 AM: badcirculation (UK) – Composed of Antonio Roberts (hellcatfood) and Maria Witek (mxwx), this duo uses TidalCycles to generate algorithmic electronic club music improvised in real time.

2:00 AM – 5:00 AM: Sheerday (CH) – Underground scene activist since 1995, Sheerday delivers highly psychedelic and groovy DJ sets spanning psy-techno, minimal, and dark progressive styles.
