Procope is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, meaning they produce exceptional chocolates from bean to bar. Procope chocolates are entirely made in Geneva using high-quality beans and a unique roasting process!
To celebrate Easter in style, Procope welcomes you to its production, activity, and exchange space to create your own Easter bunny! You'll be able to follow every stage of the transformation, from cocoa bean to chocolate fondant!
You'll learn all the steps involved in creating an Easter chocolate: cleaning the mold, coloring the nose and eyes, applying the two layers of chocolate, and packaging and labeling the bunny...
While the chocolate is hardening, you can also enjoy an incredible hot chocolate with an inimitable bean flavor!
At the end of the workshop, you can take your chocolate creation home with you!
