Dialogue between popular and classical music

HunJu Sohnn-de los Cobos : piano
Jessica Lafitte-Talec : violon
Marine Wertz : clarinette
The Saveurs de l’Est concert programme brings together the wind, string and piano departments around the theme of Eastern Europe, combining classical and popular music. Works with contrasting flavours interact with each other, and some students from the Conservatoire populaire will participate in the orchestration of a piece, also taking to the stage.
The programme features works by Aram Khachaturian, Antonín Dvořák and Max Bruch, as well as a traditional piece, performed by an ensemble of students and teachers in a dialogue between classical and popular music. A spicy journey between oral and written tradition, a subtle balance between instruments, a beautiful complicity between students and teachers: welcome to Saveurs de l'Est!
With the participation of students from the Conservatoire populaire
