The HEMisphère ensemble was founded in 2021 on the initiative of several HEM professors, all of whom are internationally renowned concert performers. Performing mostly without a conductor, this chamber music ensemble is led by a group of professors who play alongside brilliant HEM students selected through auditions. Under the leadership of Nurit Stark, violin professor at the HEM, the HEMisphères ensemble offers an eclectic programme this year that spans the centuries.
