The Hardgroovers is a multigenerational quintet that pays tribute to the music of Roy Hargrove. Made up of five AMR regulars, The Hardgroovers offer original arrangements and compositions inspired by the American trumpeter. From Afro-jazz grooves to more romantic ballads, the music that emerges is at once energetic, emotional and jubilant, just like this extraordinary musician who left us too soon.
