Solo improv performance

From birth, we wear this skin suit that is our body. Clinging to our flesh, it defines us, reveals us, but also constrains us. From the liberating power we can draw from it to the prison it can become, this solo performance explores our intimate, complex, and often ambiguous relationship with the body—our own, but also of others.
This improvised show is built around anecdotes and anonymous testimonies collected before each performance and shown as an introduction, inspiring the vignettes that unfold over the course of an hour.
This solo performance explores the physicality of the stage and offers an aesthetic akin to the world of body horror.
