Presented at the Geneva Library, the exhibition "Cafés genevois: la vie même" (Geneva cafés: life itself) brings together photographs by Dany Gignoux and texts by Georges Haldas, captured in Geneva bistros in the early 1980s. To extend this sensitive look at everyday life, free tours invite visitors to discover the exhibition in a different way. During this tour, curator Eloi Contesse will show you the photographic archives of Dany Gignoux, preserved at the Iconography Center of the Geneva Library.
