In Geneva in 1930, Mr. Boubier developed the famous “Café de Paris” Butter which immediately met with incredible success and quickly became a world reference.
The secret of the ingredients, jealously guarded, guarantees its unique and inimitable character. In his Parisian-style restaurant in Geneva, he had the idea of serving as a single dish: a salad, a beef steak, garnished with this butter with a subtle and exquisite taste and accompanied by fresh fries.
Today, our unique dish, accompanied by “Café de Paris” butter, is served with the same care in our restaurant and our partner restaurants, in Switzerland and abroad.
