At the Fourneaux du Manège, the dishes are born from local products, throughout the seasons.

 

By favoring short circuits and direct relationships with suppliers, gourmet and creative cuisine reveals the flavors of carefully selected ingredients.

 

The team, trained in the region, intends to extend this local heritage and this know-how around local ingredients. By meeting suppliers and collaborating with market gardeners, fishermen, butchers and French-speaking winegrowers, the establishment chooses quality, local and above all seasonal products.

 

The Chef's spirit is based on his training in gourmet cuisine, which he combines with the experience acquired during his various travels, allowing him to give free rein to his creativity. From cooking considered as an art to the art of hosting, the Fourneaux du Manège team wishes to create a warm and lively space for its guests.
