Located in the heart of Geneva since 1997, Planet Caviar is a haven dedicated to caviar and seafood. The restaurant's menu changes with the seasons, showcasing carefully selected fish, shellfish, and other products. The bar area, terrace, and wine cellar complete the experience, whether for lunch, a glass of wine, or a tasting.

Craftsmanship and expertise are at the heart of our identity. In our Geneva workshop, salmon is prepared and then hand-smoked using a cold-smoking method with beechwood. The caviars, sourced from producers around the world, are matured and hand-packed in Geneva.

Planet Caviar also hosts themed evenings and events throughout the year. For special occasions, the restaurant can be reserved exclusively for private events. We also offer catering services for private and corporate functions.
