This is the story of a hungry tiger, "SUA."
So hungry, "HOY," that he headed to the city to devour all the things he so craved.
Eventually, SUAHOY became a common expression for happy, hungry people in Thailand. It's not uncommon for a mother to whisper in her child's ear that he's a SUAHOY, as he pounces on her plate after school.
Here, we celebrate ancient and regional recipes, the dishes we love to eat when we return home. Our place is festive and epicurean.
The Gault & Millau guide awarded Suahoy a score of 14; the restaurant is part of the Michelin selection.
