From bean to bar, every step of the process is mastered on-site — roasting, grinding, conching, and tempering.

The cocoa beans are sourced from exceptional terroirs — Madagascar, Venezuela, the Solomon Islands… Each bar reflects the purity of cocoa and the passion of the chocolatier.

Visitors can enjoy an immersive experience with the “Sculpt Your Chocolate Bar” workshop, where they craft their own bar and uncover the secrets of bean-to-bar chocolate making. Family, private, and corporate workshops are also available.

The boutique offers single-origin bars, limited editions, and seasonal creations, perfect for gifting or savoring on the spot.
