Incandescent recital
"This is my body." This could sum up a show that, however, cannot be summed up but is experienced as a radical and enjoyable fight. When words return blow for blow.
A projected, uncomfortable word, which gets carried away, ebbs back without ever giving ground, pours out in a tumultuous flood and leaves the audience as if in apnea. A word that shakes up, draws from the still burning source, where memories and eras mingle. To know that logorrhea is never in vain and that, no matter how loud and sharp the word, it always falls on its feet, or rather on the feet of propriety and the unsaid. One should not take lightly who, on stage, refutes everything that has been assigned to him. On the contrary, one must grasp its admirable sincerity in order to feel freer in one's turn. Supported by the music of Marc Berman and carried by the flow of Cédric Leproust, here is the resolutely queer story of an "I" who claims to be "other". That of a body that refuses to submit to an imposed normality, of a cry that shatters everything, of a seditious and brutal word. Radical and of astonishing poetic power, "Insulin" asserts itself as an implacable indictment against virilist and heteronormative drifts.
