Suzanne, a widow in her sixties, meets Osmane one evening in Beirut... He is young, black, Sudanese, and an undocumented migrant. She is Lebanese of Palestinian origin, and twice his age... They fall in love. Lebanon is on the brink of collapse. As their love sparks a storm of protest, amidst the surrounding chaos, Suzanne and Osmane stand their ground.
